Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream here. We’d like to take this opportunity to apologise to all our Australian customers for, um, the lack of ice-cream in our ice-cream.

From the start, we’ve been short-changing you on our delicious fair-trade ice-cream, instead filling our tubs & cones with gigantic gooey chunks of chocolate fudge, huge helpings of cookie dough, swirls of sweet sweet caramel and so much more.

In fact, there’s so much stuff that’s not ice cream in our ice cream, the ice cream barely get’s a mention. 

It’s outrageous!

 

We understand that you might have a few questions, so we've put together the below Q&A.

Q: What are you going to do to fix this?!

A: SWEET FUDGE ALL. We’re going to keep stuffing our tubs and cones with chunks of cheesecake, cookie dough, brownie, caramel & nuts.

Q: Didn’t you say sorry last year?

A: Yeah, we did. But every time we have another scoop of the sweet stuff we’re reminded of just how many chunks there are in our ice cream. We just wanted to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Q: Is it too late now to say sorry?

A: We know-oh-oh that we let you down, but we promise your taste buds will forgive us!
